Course Overview

Presenting our exclusive two-day comprehensive LIVE patient hands-on course, meticulously crafted for practitioners seeking advanced insights into All on X procedures through Digital Workflow. Attendees who complete this course will qualify to perform a LIVE surgery with Dr Alijanian. This will be assessed on an individual basis. (Rate to be determined based on case selection).
SESSION 1
Our first day of training will begin with an overview and surgical approach to the AOX patient.
Followed by a LIVE patient surgery and demonstration of the digital workflow with delivery of the
PMMA on the same day. Participants will perform the same procedure as a hands-on session on their own individual SIM unit with analog conversion of the prosthesis.
SESSION 2
Our second day of training will begin with an overview that covers pre-surgical and surgical treatment planning, surgical procedures, and clinical protocols for placing Zygomatic Implants utilizing the ZAGA treatment protocol. We will review the step-by-step prosthetic protocol with the digital workflow. This will all be demonstrated on our second live patient. You will subsequently perform the surgery and conversion on your own individual SIM models. This training is designed to achieve predictable long-term results by learning all potential complications associated with Zygomatic Implants.

All-on-X — Basics Course

All-on-X full-arch immediate-load dental implant procedures have become the optimum treatment modality for restoring a patients’ failing teeth instantly. Large dental group conglomerates spend millions to advertise their All-on-X immediate-load services. There is a growing demand for All-on-X therapy, and a large number of patients are more than happy to pay for this procedure. Are you clinically prepared to offer All-on-X dental implant procedures to your patients in need?

This two-day full-arch immediate-load training will feature a live patient All-on-X surgery and prosthetic conversion demonstration by Dr. Ali Alijanian and Allure Dental Studio. Attendees will also benefit from a comprehensive and unique hands-on didactic session that includes full-arch surgery and restorative training.

You Will Learn

• Implant placement for AP spread
• Hard and soft tissue management
• Implant torque values and immediate load
• Angling methods for posterior implants and multi-unit abutments
• Immediate prosthetic denture conversion
• Methods for delivering an aesthetic and optimally functioning final fixed prosthesis

Digital Workflow — Digital Course

This two-day course is excellent for practitioners who want to learn the All-on-X digital workflow. This will be demonstrated with a live patient and will incorporate both the prosthetic digital workup and guided surgical protocols. Digital workflow will be the emphasis of this course.

Attendees will experience seeing a live patient procedure by Dr. Ali Alijanian and Dr. Reza Khazaie that follows the digital workflow. Attendees will be able to apply the digital workflow on our state-of-the-art A-dec Simulators. This course is designed to achieve predictable long-term results and prevent surgical and prosthetic complications.

Attendees who complete the All-on-X course series can qualify to perform a live surgery with Dr. Alijanian. This will be assessed on an individual basis. (Rate to be determined based on case selection.)
