Porcelain Dental Veneers Course
This fast-paced course provides both lecture and hands-on training in the treatment planning, prep, design, temporization and cementation for porcelain veneer restorations. The goal is to teach predictable techniques that can be implemented the very next day in practice to achieve the best possible aesthetic cases. Emphasis is placed on treatment planning to assist in preparation, design and temporary fabrication.

The course is designed to give the participants real-world hands-on experience without the patient. The typodonts used in this course will have misaligned teeth to replicate an actual veneer case. A variety of preparation designs will be demonstrated and then duplicated by the participants. Each participant will also cement two veneers, going through every step of the veneer bonding and clean-up procedure.

The course will be held at the state-of-the-art Centurion teaching center. Each doctor will have a dedicated station that simulates an operatory.

You Will Learn

Lecture (Five hours):

• Treatment planning — smile design for porcelain veneers
• Veneer preparations — how to prep in different situations
• Previsualization — how to make quick temporaries that can be used as a guide for the final results
• Cementation — step-by-step instructions on how to predictably and efficiently cement veneers

Hands-On Lab (Three hours):

• Veneer preps* on straight and rotated teeth, maxillary premolar to premolar
• Cementation of two veneers

Dr. Dino S. Javaheri is a recognized leader in the field of dentistry. He is actively involved in teaching cosmetic and implant dentistry to other dentists through dental schools, study clubs and society meetings across the country.
